Looks good on your resume! That's about it! I did make some good friends.

Cons

You will probably make the minimum Salary in your field and be lease appreciated. The Information Technology is at the bottom of the company tree and least respected. IT is considered a non-revenue generating group and the results are - no raises - no bonuses - zero other incentives Other departments (good example MARKETING AND SALES), expense pretty much everything you can think of. Happy ours, lunches and other unnecessary expenses such as spas treatments
