Everything takes so long because of the rigid process. Hard to introduce new technologies. It's ironic that being one of the biggest IT companies in the world, the project where I am have technologies from 10 years ago and people refuse to change that, which have a huge impact on what is delivered.

- Very good work-life balance - Good career growth - Excellent exposure to Oracle technologies

- Hike / bonus cycle may or may not happen evey year - Hikes are always single digit; hardly double. - Promotions are not linked to salary hikes - Appraisal is not linked to salary hike To sum it up ; once you join nothing can garuntee you that you will get any hike /salary change. You may get same salary after n years of service. Yours junior/campus joinee WILL always make more money than you :)
