Pros
Good salary pack compared to market. Well organised on-boarding and introduction trainings. Good repository- up to date documentation. The team I was part for the almost 3 months as employee, was very nice and supportive. They are experienced individuals, they help each other and managed to build a strong and beautiful relationship.
Cons
My perm contract got terminated just few days before probation period ending time, due to a top management strategic decision (apparently triggered by the Covid 19 impact). However, the workload within the team and the volume was continuously increasing and my role supposed to be a replacement and not a new opening. No other job option was offered. The communication of the termination was made in a conference call and no written letter or reason was given. Lots of other people were laid off during last few weeks.
