Medical benefits are very good

Cons

no advancement, not raises, not promotion, extremely heavy work load, no training time to train. you have to train simultaneously while you are actively working cases? How do they expect you to learn anything?

Pros

I enjoyed working for Oracle for 4 years. It was a pleasant work environment. All of my co-workers were always willing to help in resolving Service Requests. Definitely team players this bunch. Most work was done at office and sometimes was allowed to work from home on occasion, until Covid19 took over and were asked to work from home. Unfortunately in July I was laid off due to a reduction in force.

Cons

During the time I worked at Oracle there were no pay raises. When I came in I negotiated well my salary because I heard that once you joined them no pay raises were granted. Also I requested to work from home due to long distance driving and was not given that benefit until Covid19 work from home was in force.
