      Oracle has been a product based company the Technology being Oracle its a privilege to be a part of this org as we can learn the best practices and will have knowledge about the future best practices which includes hardware software and cloud platforms also Oracle is into major acquisitions there by extending much more opportunities for learning and interacting with all the people across the globe

      Good Training’s, work from home, transport, work life balanced but depend on project

      Cons

      Increments 5% in 3 Yrs, repeated and same work like if implemation team will do just implementation using standard scripts, refresh team will do cloning, similar for backup, patching etc. if lucky u get dedicated customer then some relief not much. Just brand name
