Though a lot of advertisements are given, but hardly anyone is hired from Australia in consulting field. I believe offshore workers are cheaper, which is the prime reason behind it and some other companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro etc does similar false job advertisements. While Australian workers in my experience are equally or better skilled, but cost is always a concern for Oracle.
