.Very good work life balance .Get to learn a lot .Management is good

Cons

.Compensation as every one cry .Promotions take a long time to happen .Even to get a laptop you need to get approval from CEO's office , for a company of such a magnitude it is a bottle neck.

Good Pay, Great/Helpful team, Good HR policies, Great Office locations as most office are in city areas

Cons

Very Hectic work, lot of pressure, No office cabs and no fixed bonus or hikes. Some people get good hikes/bonus while other don't get at all, this really demoralizes you.
