Flexibility to pick up Technology and work on, Work From Home / Remote options, engagement with customers/partners enables to build good network. Lots of time to learn on technology/products and improve technical skills. Seamless interaction with colleagues over the board and exchange valuable information.

Cons

Lack of Direction from Management on individual growth. When compared to market and competitors the salary levels are no match. Lack of transparency and process in appraisal/hike/bonus. No retention plan what so ever. If it takes more than 2 months and sometime 6 months to hire/transfer an employee in the name of approvals something is seriously wrong here. No plans/methodologies/systems to groom future leaders.
