Pros

It's a pretty stable work environment, given that you do not slack off too much. The job can be as soft as you want or as high pressure as you want. You can slack off quite a bit without getting fired, but don't expect any raise or perks if you do so.

Cons

Boring, bureaucratic, and soul killing. The machinery is so big so things can take forever to happen.

Pros

- Great co-workers - Very good compensation - Good benefits - Flexible work hours, great work-at-home policy

Cons

- Large-company bureaucracy - Broken processes, much time spent working around them - No local IT, everything is self service - Executive micromanagement (aka "TK fire drills")
