      Global reach, multi-cultural and work environments. Fantastic exposure to world-wide values and experience at business as well as personal levels

      As in all large companies, work responsibilities could become static. It is the employee's responsibility to continually search for new responsibilities and roles to expand their experience, and to provide added value. Not necessarily a bad thing, but may not be good for everyone.
