Among global leaders in providing managed security services, flexible working scheme, friendly environment, lots of learning opportunities

Cons

Hard to progress internally you will mostly stick to the same position which you hired for. Lack of proper salary review/market adjustment.

Excellent company to work for, great opportunities for growth and development in commercial and customer operations with great technological innovations.

Cons

in some cases they tend to be too bureaucratic and low in changes and decisions. although growth opportunities is there it is for more mid leadership levels.

Cons

-low career development opportunities -good benefits but you don't have time to make use of them -high pressure 70% of the time -managers don't "encourage" you to take the deserved free time -it matters most if you have friends in high places in stead of working at your best.
