      Pros

      The people that work at Orange Business Services are very pleasant to work with. The culture is very professional, and you will be able to work with wonderful people from all over the world. Since everyone is spread so thin, you will have the opportunity to work on many (many) different projects.

      Cons

      The management is not progressive enough. The company's talent is squandered. The best people stay until they cannot take it anymore and then leave. People in Paris (HQ) get promoted regularly (whether they are qualified to do the job or not) while the rest of the world stays behind.
