Good employees advantages but not a very dynamic organization

Pros
Salary and bonuses throughout the year are good considering this is my first job (around 40k€). Good career opportunities as this is a huge companies (150,000+ employees worldwide in more than 30 countries). Jobs opportunities are given to curent employees rather than new recruits (and this stays true for low and middle management as well).
Cons
The company culture is not dynamic, very conservative: most of current employees have worked for Orange for 15, 20, 30 years which is good but on the other hand, very difficult to make things change. As the organization is very large (100,000 + employees in France), any attempt to do something takes a huge amount of time.
