      Pros

      Stress free work ,compartmentalized work (so one team is not doing 10 things) , Good training & development program, Good e-learning program, Good managers & pay is at par with the best companies in India , Good chances of IJP & internal transfer to different teams

      Cons

      Less challenging & monotonous work , less focus on innovation ,employee idle time is more , response times to customer request high , yearly increments are less

      Pros

      It's a big company, pretty well set. You can learn a lot about what "corporate culture" and "company values" mean. They offer fair salaries afaik, and they don't overwork their employees.

      Cons

      When a team manager leaves, they tend to bring in somebody from outside the team rather than promote a team member to manager. There's a lot of interdepartmental politics going on.
