projects have high visibility & impact work with very intelligent colleagues employees are well catered to The pride that can come from working with a company like Orange Business Services is self-perpetuating; if you pay attention, you can learn a lot about life in a global organization
Cons
elitism and arrogance are commonplace low promotion rate = highly competitive as company grows individual work becomes less impactfull. Often times, decisions are made that aren't fully explained, which can lead to a sense that senior management is too distant from (and sometimes apathetic to) the work that has to be done "in the trenches" in order to execute their Grand Strategies. ...but that's not uncommon in large companies.
