      Pros

      - good learning ; specially in Operations team - respectable salary as per standards - no night shifts - but do have on-call - no shortage of leaves ;)

      Cons

      - no growth - you come in a profile, and you'll leave with that profile - all new management - multiple hierarchy stands new, so every level will push his own rules - missing processes - dont know how the company passes the audits ;)

      Orange has a good image, invest on innovation and creative ad campaigns

      Cons

      In 9 years, working part time and having passed my master's degree, no promotion or evolution in this firm is possible for me. The company prefers to hire an external instead of promoting internally.
