High proportion of talented people. International/Multinational experience can be varied and stimulating. Good work-life balance. Good approach to tele and remote working (although this flexibility is abused by some people).

Cons

No/low opportunities for career progression outside of France and low cost countries. No/low pay rises outside of countries in which they are not statutory. Decreasing employee empowerment and responsibility. Training opportunities limited.

Global company. Good on resume. Largest Telco in the world. Good healthcare benefits. HR has improved significantly

Cons

No process of pay increment. Probably once every 2.5 years. High stress environment and could hardly use my leave without a lot of effort to handover to backup.

No ownership of problems from management. Escalation is a joke. Always fire fighting and no real synergy amond various department.
