Pros

+Good organizational experience +Very Good work environment + Very organized +A lot of diverse positions (technical and managerial), but mostly in a service operations function.

Cons

+ Average salaries + No opportunities outside of service operations + low raise percentages compared to initial salaries (even if you move to a high profile job) + Bonus is extremely bad
