Pros

- It doesn't have pressure from manager - Good Environment to make new Friends

Cons

- Not Good salary for a multinational company. - Not Good projects where you learn nothing. - Team leader doesn't solve any issue and doesn't add a new knowledge to me - Not Found any code review criteria and testing at any project worked on. - Most of the time do nothing and not benefit from that time lost. - Self-dependence to improve. - Bad management and HR. - Bad medical insurance and it take too long to refund.

Pros

Orange R&D Labs are great as a community, they hire young engineers and offer a yearly internship for the best students. There's a big variety of projects and they always offer courses and chances to learn new technologies.

Cons

Logistic operations are very slow (months), like the hiring process and getting approvals for purchasing hardware and work equipment, or even approving open source licenses. Salaries (in Egypt) are below average.
