      Pros

      good enviroment , knowledgeable people , variety of projects , a lot of room to grow , good technical stack , flexible hours and very good work/life balance

      Cons

      salary is good but not the best , lacks somehow an organized system of doing things , most employees are external outsourced people although management treats both equally , on paper external employees have no rights .

      THE BIGGEST PROBLEM IS THAT THERE IS NO 360-REVIEW. Meaning - only Managers will review employees. The employees have no say about their manager. This practice is there throughout Orange, across all countries. So, only those employees flourish who say Yes to everything that their Manager desires. The Compensation and Benefits are good, but again they are available only for those employees who suck up to their bosses. Since there is no formal platform on which one can voice opinion about work ethics in their teams, there is not much room for the HR to improve the situation.
