      Pros

      Exceptional social atmosphere. People are great to work with and the pressure is moderate. Strong company values and a special care is carried out towards people with some difficulties. Good advantages. Good opportunities.

      Cons

      As a historical company, the pace to get things done can be slow due to unexpected administrative delays. Orange departments can differ a lot in terms of domains, budgets and work quality. Salary tends to be a bit lower than expected but fair enough considering job security.
