      Pros

      There are so many reasons why it is great to be here in Outgive, and I will share few of those. Outgive, gives us the best opportunity to work at home in where you can always be with your family. Time is totally flexible, and the willingness of everybody to help whenever you have questions or any assistance needed.

      Cons

      For now, in my my overall experience, I can't say any reason not to work here.

      Pros

      I really like the remaining flexible hours, it makes up for the fixed night shift. Team leaders really support you to be the best version of yourself, the people at performance and culture team is very friendly and accomodating when you're new, they really guide and happily answer your questions. The onboarding went smoothly. My team really appreciates the work I do. This is the first company I've been with that truly cares about your well-being.
