Pros

If you're looking for a company with a welcoming, supportive team and growth opportunities, Outgive is a great choice!! You can tell they care about their employee's efforts and opinions. I've never improved this much before!

Cons

Depending on the writer, it can be quite difficult to achieve goal requirements like weekly word counts. It was hard for me because I haven't written this much in a week before. It will take some time to adjust. I can get used to it now, but I can't say it has become easy.

Outgive is a great place to work at. The people are really accommodating and the workplace culture is awesome! I feel validated and appreciated in everything I do. The support is through the roof!

Cons

At first, it took some adjusting because I wasn't used to a work from home setup, but now, I wouldn't have it any other way!
