Approachable HR + Management team. Warm + engaging environment. Exciting incentives. Not a single dull day at work!

Cons

If you have a strong BPO background, you need to be more research-oriented to fully grasp the concept however you are in good hands as the mentors / managers are approachable. Other than that, you're good to go!
