      - Team leaders are very willing to teach - They will encourage you rather than scold you when you messed up - Can really feel the team spirit here - Team members are very nice and helpful - Flexible work hours

      - Really requires good time management skills and be responsible and accountable - Different time zone for some team members

      -have to park further if you come in after 11am -could be a challenge for someone that doesn't have drive or take initiative -you may be on camera/video/youtube/social media (dont be shy!)
