      Pros

      It's good to work here if you're starting out. You'll learn a lot on the job. They also give a little bit of training. But you can only stay here for max 1 year. There's no career ladder or next step to aspire for.

      Cons

      During layoff season, they kept us in the dark. We only had to know when laid-off employees shared their experiences with us. The company handled it VERY poorly. But at least they gave a severance package (half our monthly rate)

      Pros

      I’ve been working here for 3 years and it’s truly a great environment. I love how the company lives by its 4Gs—Grit, Growth, Gratitude, and Greatness. Everyone is approachable, from teammates to leaders, and there’s a strong sense of community. One of the things I admire most is how the company supports charities and gives back. Work-life balance is valued, with flexible schedules and good employee benefits. It’s a workplace that really cares.
