Many team leads are women, which reflects a progressive environment. The CEO is approachable and doesn’t create an intimidating atmosphere. The workload is generally fair. Compensation is good, and there’s a health allowance. Management also values feedback from employees. Overall, the team operates at a high level—great place for driven individuals.

Cons

No HMO. Some tech position redundancies but the company is transparent enough to inform us that those will be the last of the layoffs.
