"Their façade" Taco Rewards from slack platform, Rare Company Games with Prizes.

Cons

Micromanagement & Corruption EVERYWHERE, They pretty much relied on ChatGPT & Ai so they LAID OFF ALMOST EVERYBODY. The work environment is condescending in nature and the Referral Bonus & other said Incentives is a BIG SCAM. The Salary was often days late.

It has an easy application process

They claim that they care for their employees when in reality they will terminate any time they want. It's bad enough to get laid off, but what's even worse is that we did not receive our last salary on the day that they promised. Still haven't received it until now. As a former employee, I'm not longer connected/associated with them so the least they could to do is give us an update with our salaries.
