Management is overbearing, they have no trust in their employees, lack of fluidity across teams, different rules for different teams, intimidation and favoritism is among managers is everywhere, nothing is done when these concerns are brought to managements bosses.

As soon as I started working at OwnBackup about a year and a half ago I felt right at home! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. I don't see myself leaving for a long time. If you're looking for a great place to work apply here!
