- People here exemplify integrity, humility, and a desire to learn and grow - A strong family-feel to a startup that isn't really a startup anymore - Great direct management - given the proper support I needed to get going - Superior product with massive market potential - Senior leadership believes in investing in us -- offsites, conferences, awards, swag, etc. - Free transportation to and from Manhattan - Free lunch on Fridays, beer on tap, massage chair, arcade games, and a ping pong table are all a plus

-Technology provides backup and restore for sfdc and it works well.

Cons

-Management is awful- gossip, favoritism, overall treats employees like crap. -No Trust -There are several negative reviews that don’t make it to Glassdoor. OwnBackup flags negative reviews, basically what this does is put the review back in pending until the original poster re-confirms. I know for a fact there are several poor reviews in “limbo” -Do a LinkedIn search and speak to previous employees of you are considering employment here.

You get a new laptop, and a balloon when you are hired

Worked my tail off, went above and beyond, and in the end my work and devotion went completely unnoticed. The higher management treated me as if I was beneath them, and I still did my job with a smile and a positive attitude. When I was let go, I understood that my dedication, my diligence was completely disregarded. I was given reasons for my termination that were not even part of my daily responsibilities. HR makes you believe that you are important and wanted upon hiring, but once you start working for the company it is very clear that you have entered a very corporate work environment, where you just another cog in the wheel.
