My experience with OwnBackup has been amazing. It truly was a career move that I don't regret. Sometimes start-ups are risky, but this is not your ordinary startup. I felt right at home from the start with OwnBackup. The training was structured and very helpful. Being a Salesforce Gold ISV partner was a huge bonus. I love that the company isn't afraid to invest in anything that it sees as valuable and worthwhile (i.e. Dreamforce, User Groups, Marketing, etc). The rapidly growing R&D / Dev dept is one of the most innovative & agile I have seen. They actually listen to the customer base and make enhancements to the product quickly based off of those suggestions. This is critical in the face-paced technology world. The marketing team is world class and in no time has already helped establish us a THE premier Appexchange partner of Salesforce. Name recognition is priceless. Sr Leadership knows what they are doing and has a plan in place to get us to the top, FAST. It's always nice to trust the decisions that are being made for the future of the company. They have led start ups through this growth cycle before. We keep adding more and more experienced individuals to the team to help build upon our success. The theme you have heard is "don't just get people in the seats, get the RIGHT people"! The office is a very fun environment, where something is always going on. One great perk is that they bring in lunch every Friday. Not only is that nice to have food, but it's also cool to get to know your peers better during this time. Some of the fun things we have done are celebrating B-Days/Anniversaries, Halloween costume & Ugly sweater contests along with a company-wide fun day at Six Flags! We also have top notch Kick Off's & Mid-Year Meetings, where no expense is spared. Overall I am grateful for the growth opportunity that is available at OwnBackup. It's a really great place to work & be part of. It's a "rocket ship" that's headed straight up & I am proud to be on the ground floor of it. I look forward to even more success in the years to come!

Brilliant leadership, Excellent Products, Incredible Culture. OwnBackup is an innovative an exciting company operating in the ever-expansive Salesforce.com ecosystem. Our products are vital to any organization utilizing Salesforce regardless of company size or vertical. This means the world is truly the oyster of our sales team. We boast of world class support and have tremendous Salesforce.com App Exchange client reviews. Everything begins a the top and trickles down. Sam Gutmann and Ori Yankelev have set the tone, and it all rings true through all levels of management. The culture is phenomenal, and, from day one, it is made clear that employees are not just joining a company, but they are joining a family. I have never seen a company that cares about their employees the way OwnBackup does. Not just in terms of the benefits offered, but there is genuine compassion and concern for everyone's well being and work life balance. It is inspirational, and is reflected in the work of every employee. Everyone strives for excellence because, not only is it acknowledged and rewarded, but because each employee wants to follow the example set by management. That fosters a winning environment where everyone feels like a contributor. I have meant to get to this review for quite a while. It is appropriate that I am finally getting to it on Thanksgiving weekend. I am definitely grateful to call OwnBackup home.
