Been with OwnBackhup for over a year now and I consider it a family. There are many things to like about the company, including the culture. If you bring in your best, you will be giving that opportunity to shine. Very collaborative environment. Plus, the beer is always on tap.

Cons

Change in processes can be handled a bit smoother. Comp can be a bit clearer.

Pros

The Executive Team has created a fantastic culture, where everyone supports each other and there is a real family feel. In many tech organizations, the biggest worry is the product itself but there is no such worry here. This is a solid product used by many enterprise organizations with no implementation.

Cons

The benefits can use a bit of a boost but that is to be expected with a startup. I expect this to change shortly.

Because this company is a startup, we are acknowledged individually and everyone is accountable for their own work. This creates close bonds and we work together as a collective to help our clients solve real issues. Our product is ranked #1 on the Salesforce Appexchange for backup and recovery.

Cons

Stock options and unlimited commissions would be nice.
