Pros

Excellent product and very thorough hiring process leaving you working with some very talented staff.

Cons

It’s an absolute clown show from the top. Leads with values like transparency, better together and integrity yet decided to wipe out half the uk workforce during redundancies right after spending an absurd amount on a trip to vegas for the entire company. Spends money they don’t have and instead of admitting fault, chooses to let the staff who built the company from the ground up suffer. The redundancies were completely random, people who had exceeded their target had been chosen and replaced by newer employees with little experience.

Toxic Work Culture - Save Yourself the Hassle

- The office location is convenient. - Some colleagues are genuinely nice and supportive.

Cons

- Toxic Work Culture: The work environment is incredibly toxic. Managers form cliques and play favourites, creating a hostile and untrustworthy atmosphere. - Lack of Trust: There's a pervasive lack of trust across all levels. Employees are frequently thrown under the bus to cover for management's mistakes. - Spreadsheet-Focused Management: Managers are more focused on spreadsheets and numbers than on the well-being and development of their team. This leads to unrealistic expectations and unnecessary stress. - Inappropriate Relationships: There are instances of employees having inappropriate relationships with managers, leading to favouritism and further eroding trust and morale. - Revolving Door: The company has a high turnover rate. The best employees leave, and the pattern continues as the toxic environment drives talent away. - Large, Isolated Office: The office is too large, causing teams to work in silos. There is little to no cross-team collaboration, which stifles innovation and productivity. - Poor SDR Management: SDRs (Sales Development Representatives) are badly managed and not aligned strategically with the rest of the sales team. This misalignment leads to inefficiencies and missed opportunities.

There is none. The only thing that is great is the product.

Cons

This company use to be great. One of the best isv partners of salesforce. We are joke now. They don’t how to mange, the new leadership team is a joke. There behind times they need to figure a lot out. When I was here they use to care about us but the last couple months that touch went away. Management just looks at dashboards all day. Why doesn’t anyone actually figure out our how we sell more. The cro isn’t ownback he’s a big tech guy that doesn’t belong here. This company needs to go back to its roots what made this company. We have so much to offer but they don’t know what they’re doing. HR and marketing are a joke in this company. They need to rehire in those two departments. There literally idiots sorry not trying to be rude. I would say if your interviewing run away this company they need a revamp. Get rid of most leadership here and get real proven leaders who can turn this ship around.

We agree with you on our products being great, but that’s about it. Change is not easy, but great companies lead throughout times of transition and know when to pivot.
