      Free lunch even though it’s nowhere used to the quality it used to be.

      Cons

      - horrible leadership, my RVP provided zero value to our segment, we would actually laugh at how little he does - no more cool events. We used to do really fun outings for Big Kahuna, now they send you a jacket and say congrats, it’s truly pathetic - they spent all this money on a vegas trip and US office and then laid off 20% of the company. Talk about poor mismanagement of funds! - service now and Microsoft are trash, they don’t work and no one wants to sell it - your talent team tells every new potential hire “ here’s the go karts in the office, you’ll always see people riding them” this is a flat out lie, if you ride the go karts during work hours you’ll be fired on the spot - making everyone return to the office and then firing everyone 2 months later was a really bold, stupid, move

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. The decision to realign the organization was extremely challenging. We’ve worked extensively with our executive team and board of directors to refine our plans to best succeed in today’s market. In addition, large internal events and employee offsites are an investment in our employees and are typically planned over a year in advance. Our offices have many perks and amenities that employees are welcome to utilize. Our New Jersey HQ is equipped with several coffee options, snacks, lunch, and a fitness center all of which are complementary to employees.       Pros

      - Great product, customers appreciate and find value - Solid teammates who want to help others - CS org is terrific

      Cons

      - It is like high school all over again, either you're in with the "cool kids" or you're at the lunch table by yourself. - Sales management takes no accountability and has no idea how to grow this business. - It is very clear the sales leadership has benefited from just getting easy wins in the past and has no idea how to lead through adversity, overcome objections or run difficult multi-threaded sales cycles. - Many people left great, high paying jobs to take a chance aboard this rocket ship, only to be let go within a few months. Zero remorse from the company that touts being family. - Company spends money on team events, dinners, and meetings that would make any CFO lose their mind. Zero budgetary accountability. Maybe if they had a handle on spending they wouldn't have had to let go half the company. - "Liquid" lunches are normal and you are peer pressured into drinking alcohol regularly. If you don't partake you are looked at like something is wrong with you. - They hire employees for remote jobs and make them feel like an outcast for not being in their fancy HQ regularly. "Sales leadership wants to see you or they do not believe you are actually working", that is a direct quote from my prior manager.

      Pros

      OwnBackup has a great product and solution for backup solutions for Salesforce data. It is basically an insurance policy for Salesforce data.

      Cons

      Leadership is very immature and after I left the company their were rumors that Sales management was telling lies on me to other employees. They only promote their friends and gossip among each other. When I was working there management accused me of writing a bad review on Glassdoor, which I didn't. Now, I am writing this because people deserve to know the truth about this company. The good reviews are usually written by the Marketing team. There has been incidences where Marketing and leadership have tracked ex employees down to change their bad review.
