This company used to be great and I enjoyed going in to the office. However over the last year, there has been a clear shift in priorities. Management clearly shows that they do not trust the employees at all and demonstrate that in he decisions that they make.
There is no clear path forward and the workload is unmanageable. Instead of improvements being made, management is focused on reporting metrics that they can then tweak in order to make it seem that performance is better than it really is.
This of course results in additional busy work being passed down to employees that are already swamped and then cannot focus on what they were actually hired for. Everyone that I speak to is looking to leave.
