We do this by offering our employees unlimited PTO, paid holidays, paid parental leave, and summer hours, where laptops shut and offices close at 1 p.m. on the last day of each workweek, worldwide. We also follow the hybrid working model, where employees work two days a week from home. We believe that this allows our team members to bring their best selves to work each day.
