      We place a big emphasis on building our culture by creating opportunities for camaraderie and connection. We believe that culture is as important as results, in fact, it's one of our core values as a company. We understand the need for a healthy work-life balance and offer unlimited PTO so that each employee can achieve a work-life balance unique to their needs. We’ve also just launched summer hours, giving employees a jump start on their weekends all season long.

      Great until the preverbial hit the fan

      Pros

      Being able to go to New York for Bootcamp and Las Vegas for MKO was a great experience. There were other perks such as private healthcare and social events.

      Cons

      It's just another corporate souless company. Getting rid of half the workforce by looking over their shoulder and seeing what the rest are doing. Now that wave is over, everything is rosey again and more people being sent to bootcamp. No matter what they say, you are just a number at this company and there is no "OB Family", despite the speel you may here. You are a disposable employee, so just live with it, and enjoy the free stuff you get along the way.

      We’re glad to hear you enjoyed MKO and our Bootcamp program. Both of these events are big opportunities for connection and collaboration among our team members. We are always finding new and exciting perks to offer our employees. One of our most recently implemented perks is our summer hours. When it comes to authenticity, we encourage everyone to bring their whole self to work. One of our major initiatives is building trust through transparency, and we’re working to do this on all levels in different ways. One of which is anonymously surveying our employees to see how they feel about and what they want from the company. In fact, our summer hours, work in our communities, and enhanced benefits came from feedback we received just last month. We will continue to listen to our employee’s transparent feedback and make changes accordingly.
