      Pros

      I've had an amazing experience at OwnBackup! I've been given opportunities to grow my career and really take ownership of my role. My team is awesome and supportive and really helps me grow - and I can feel the impact I have on everyday and long-term initiatives. I feel trusted and appreciated as an employee. The work culture is great and we have flexibility in coming into the office or meeting as a team in person. Overall, love working here and have had a wonderful experience.

      Cons

      Not much so far. Compared to roles at previous tech companies, any complaint would be minor and not worth noting.
