Employees are overworked and over stressed, work load is massive and pay is not reflected. Employees are blamed for any OOS, deviations and investigations. Overtime is not paid but you are expected to complete the testing on the day no matter what... People come and go all the time. Employee retention is very low

Changed working from home policy after Thermo Fisher acquisition to force employees to work in the office. Even jobs that can be fully remote. Removed policy that allowed employees to roll over excess PTO to next year. Changed policy around how much PTO is earned. It is not significantly less for new employees. Promotions after a certain point don't happen. They force you to apply for the next role and go through an interview process. Would rather give bonuses instead of pay raises. Pay is less than companies in area. Opportunities are heavily dependent on the group and supervisor. Company puts individuals in leadership roles without training or experience. This negativity impacts the experience of the employees.
