Expectation to work long hours when in management/poor work life balance Zero guidance for first line supervisors, especially those working alternate shifts Denied additional training by management and told 'its not necessary for the job' when it really is No career development whatsoever and you will be stuck in the same position with very limited option for promoting internally Recorded record profits but raises across the board wouldn't cover basic cost-of-living increases for employees Extremely high employee turn-over in all departments Encountered several instances of data falsification, which would not be address by upper management.
