Ability to work as part of global teams.

Cons

Managers will sell employees on availability of personal development but it won't be a reality. This leads to high attrition and low engagement in certain areas. The actual company culture and the espoused one do not match; in fact, leaders don't understand what culture even is despite it being the top strategic priority. There is a good amount of fear in the company. The CEO has a mercurial personality; says one thing and does another behind closed doors. Executives in Wilmington used separate entrance and elevator to limit interaction with employees. Unrealistic expectations of what can be accomplished on such narrow margins No work life balance

Some coworkers can be nice. Time can be flexible. Can work from home sometimes which is nice. Can’t think anything more.

Cons

Some coworkers are very rude. Horrible work life balance, you are expected to work over time and unrealistic long hours.
