Pros
Exposure to global colleagues interactions is a good opportunity to learn new cultures and knowledge. Standard benefit package in a corporate setting. Good as stepping stone for getting experience in a specific field.
Cons
Very under compensated - no overtime pay and unfair workload distribution. Doing full service of tasks while being paid at minimum. Incompetent colleagues will only burden more the workload. Upper management is filled with work politics. Some promotions are only based by how close you are to the managers.

My manager was lovely, and my colleagues were very supportive.
Cons
However I left because of poor training from upper management, and neglect. Unfortunately the pay is very low and the workload is extremely demanding. Just be aware going into the roll, not many people will support you in regards to work demands.

Constant overtime required, workload is to much for the size of the team. Little to no work life balance. Management gets thanks for deliveries, programmers left with little reward.

Bonuses can be good. Looks great on a resume.
Cons
Very high turnover. Workload is excessive for the pay 20hr. Very clicky. Didn't like the training curriculum as this is by word of mouth and there is no way to verify if you are being trained properly or not until you figure most of this job out alone by yourself. Looks like a long term position but company refuses to keep anyone long term. No health insurance because it is too expensive. Management lies constantly. Pay is too low for the equivalent of almost 3 jobs combined into one.
