The company training is excellent, some of the most detailed and thorough trainings I’ve seen in my 20+ years in DM. Salary is competitive as are benefits.

Cons

Once training was completed, I received barely any feedback or guidance on next steps often being left to my own devices for weeks at a time. Communication is very poor. Additionally, I was expected to travel to the office, for multiple days quite a distance away two weeks after I started. I accepted a remote position and this was not communicated to me during the interview process.
