Pros

Family-like atmosphere, great benefits, great team and respectful people. The US office environment is very open and accommodating. Ideas are welcome, new processes and innovative projects are well-received.

Cons

The company spans every time zone so setting up meetings can be tricky at times. People are extremely accommodating, though, so it's not an issue once you get the hang of it.
