      Pros

      There is a real family feeling and culture within the company. Human resources are most valued at PSI and they invest in developing, coaching, train and looking out for their employees. Great opportunities for career development and advance. Micro-management from supervisors is not common not well considered, but ownership together with autonomy are valued.

      Cons

      With the elite mindset comes the pressure as part of daily routine, and it is embraced. Doing just what you have been asked and nothing else is not very well seen, you have to push always to g a little bit further or better. It's not for disengaged personalities, as it can be exhausting sometimes.

      Pros

      PSI has a great work environment and culture. senior employees are experienced and helpful. The company as a whole is considerate and supportive. Option to work at home when needed.

      Cons

      Most offices are overseas so timezone differences can be annoying.

      Pros

      The family atmosphere is a positive in the office. Benefits offered are competitive. People treat one another with respect in the office.

      Cons

      To stay competitive with other CROs, PSI needs to offer another work from home day. Many former employees over the years have left to work for the competition and have additional work from home days for more work/life balance. Also, the Eastern European teams, do not show respect for US team. The US needs to become more independent from them as they are resistant to change or even keep an open mind, for other ideas.
