foreign managers, difficult to get answers during the day depending on time zone differences. can be overload of work, need more help

A good company overall, but not the German office or its leadership.

Cons

No flexibility (everyone must come to the office at least 3 days a week), too much politics and in-groups with nobody to address issues. a lot of incompetent people in key positions. You will be promoted and get a salary raise if you are part the in-group of the head office. Company values exist as slogans and brainwashing only.

Cons

They try to sell you on the work being less volume than the big name CROs… and tell you that’s why the salary is lower. Then try to sweeten it by telling you there is chances for international travel. It’s alright.
