- You will be working 80 hour weeks if you want to stay on top of your stuff - Leadership promises help is coming, but no one is hired - Bandwidth is scarce and everyone is covering 4 or 5 different positions - They promote you quickly to get you to stay with the company - Endless promises that are never fulfilled
