Pros

The medical writing department leadership is supportive, responsive, and respectful. Communication is great and the structure is pretty horizontal, which gives all employees latitude to express themselves and contribute new ideas with ease. The company at large is organized, offers great benefits, and focuses on building a healthy work culture. Pay and benefits are competitive and fair, in my opinion.
