Generally, the whole company is very friendly and happy to help. If you just want to find a job that could support your living, this is the one.
Cons
If you are not in the Clinical Operation chain, but in other corporate functions like Finance, Admin, HR, Sales, Marketiing, this is not the company for your to grow. Basically zero development in other functions. They will promote your title to Manager, but you would very likely be doing the samething and have no opportunity to gain leadership. No structure at all in this company. No valid performance evaluation that linkes to your bonus and promotion. Only country managers and some global department heads are managing the resources, but they are not fully trained, and not really responsible of the P&L. Therefore they dont have a clue of what they are really doing. Run. If you are looking to build up your resume with strong corporate function.
