Every word said to me was a terrible and ugly lie. They promised so much and then they fired me in my test period saying that things were not going as planned, when a review was 1 week earlier stating that I was a perfect employee.

Descent salary and benefits, average workload.

Cons

No line management whatsoever! Intrigues and fights all over the place! People may seem nice, but don’t count on most of them. A lot of people need to work on soft skills. Technologically the company is way behind other CROs - almost no system integration, a lot of stuff is still being done on paper or more than once due to lack of systems compatibility and integration, CTMS needs be updated badly! Why the company keeps working with non-compliant sites it is beyond me!
